_The A–Z OPUS website is the exclusive property of the Hungarian Academy of Arts. The database, as well as all content displayed on the site that is created by natural persons—particularly the logo, entries and photographs—is protected by Act LXXVI of 1999 on Copyright (hereinafter referred to as the “Copyright Act”). Any use of such content (including downloading, copying and transformation) is, under Section 16 of the Copyright Act, subject to the prior written consent of the author or right holder and to the payment of a fee, even where the use is not for profit. The author or right holder may waive remuneration only by an express declaration in writing._

_Users may use the content without authorisation and payment only in the cases and under the conditions of free use set out in Sections 33–41 of the Copyright Act._

_Even in the case of authorised use, the user is obliged to indicate the source and the author’s name._

_Any use that differs from the foregoing constitutes an infringement. In the event of infringement, the author or right holder is entitled to take action and, among others, to enforce the legal consequences, claims for remuneration and damages pursuant to Section 94 of the Copyright Act._
